Our team was part of a team retained as tax consultants for the ongoing development of
Lekela Power’s 160MW Wind Farm being developed in partnership with an African Private
Equity Fund: Our work includes:

• Early stage advice on the project tax structure
• Advising on pre-completion expenses and other project development expenses
• Managing the entire tax exemption application process, from inception to completion.
