Details of deliverables:
Scope 1 Payroll Management and other monthly and annual compliance requirements:

• Preparation of monthly payroll for the company;
• Ensure monthly statutory payments including PAYE, SSNIT and Tier 2;
• Filing of monthly returns – VAT, WHT, NHIL.

Scope 2 Other tax and compliance Services:

• Preparing and filing of annual company tax returns;
• Preparing and filing individual, directors and expatriate tax returns;
• Preparing and filing of annual company’s registry returns;
• Renewal of GIPC registration;
• Work and resident permits for expatriate staff;
• Adhoc tax advisory services.
