Project: Consultancy services for eleQtra/ La Honda 20 MW Solar Project (Tamale)

Details of deliverables:

• Liaising with Electricity Company of Ghana for the signing of the Power Purchase Agreements
• Coordinating the attempt to finalise a Government Consent & Support Agreement (GCSA)
• Involvement with planned Fuel Supply Agreement negotiation
• Involvement in the short listing and selection of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor
• Advising the sponsors / shareholders on project structuring and tax maximisation approach
• Coordinating Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process with the environmental advisor and EPA
• Coordinating site investigations, Geotechnical and other studies
• Assistance with tax exemption application process, including the preparation of the exemption application pack for cabinet
• Assistance with ongoing discussion with potential lenders
