Project: Due diligence for Uhuru Capital to inject private equity funding

Details of deliverables:

• Checks to confirm company registration, shareholding structure, GIPC and other statutory registrations;
• Review sales ledger for accuracy and completeness, conduct an analysis of accounts receivable to confirm aging status, confirm debtor balances by circularizing to key customers, carrying out inventory analysis;
• Review lease agreements check asset register and confirm material assets;
• Review supplier agreements and invoices verify accounts payable balances, review list of litigations, etc.;
• Conduct an analysis of movements in share capital and reserves;
• Estimate any tax liabilities; WHT, VAT, CIT, including any penalties and interests.
