Kwame is the Managing Partner and co-founder of LIMA Partners. He heads the accounting and finance team of the Firm. He is a Chartered Accountant (FCCA – UK and ICA – Ghana), a Chartered Banker (CIBS – UK and CIB-Ghana), and holds an MBA from Bangor University in Wales.

Kwame has over a decade’s experience providing freelance accounting and consultancy services to private clients from diverse industries. Prior to joining LIMA Partners, he spent close to  nine years working with several divisions of a universal bank in Ghana during which he was regularly involved with financial and internal control and internal audit and investigations. Before working in banking, Kwame spent several years working in treasury management and cost control & budgeting at Novotel Accra, the Ghanaian branch of the hotel chain, Accor Hotels.
